If you are interested in taking out a pool membership you can print out the
pool membership form: POOL MEMBERSHIP RELEASE and Risk and release form .
Then mail it or return it, with payment, to the Recreation Department's office.
If you are interested in a Gold Membership, you also need to print the Fitness Center Risk Release form .
