Mats will not be supplied! Please bring your own! Class size is limited!
Reminder: Please bring a thick blanket or mat, wear comfortable clothing

Participants should wear clothing that is comfortable and loose around the waist. Bring your own mat and small pillow or towel for sitting, or for extra support under your neck.

Yoga Gentle and Slow for Every Body
Yoga postures and breathing exercises provide a powerful system to achieve health and well-being. In these classes, yoga’s ancient practices are taught with safe modifications for those with physical limitations, for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Give it a try—you’ll like it!
Yoga for All
These classes accommodate beginners, but will be more dynamic than the morning classes. All aspects of yoga will be covered, ending with a short meditation.

Beginner’s Yoga: For Those Who May Not be Able to Touch Their Toes
Yoga from the beginning, whether you are brand new to yoga or need a refresher class! Stretch, balance, strengthen bones and muscles, learn to relax, and become acquainted with yoga philosophy. Everyone is welcome!
For information regarding Diane King's classes call her at 397-0640 or email yogadiane@gmail.com. All efforts are made to accomodate varied fitness levels. Beginners are most welcome. Classes focus on balance, strength, flexibility, relaxation, and stress reduction, using postures and breathing techniques from the ancient science of hatha yoga.
